Over 30 years, Catherine has worked in a wide range of businesses. She started out in accounting with a dental practice, later working in the gasoline wholesale industry. As her career progressed, she became a solo accountant at Georgia Timber, an international lumber-exporting firm, helping to design and implement computer-invoicing software.
After marriage, she joined a senior-care management franchiser, keeping the books for multiple facilities. Moving to Arkansas with her husband, Catherine continued her duties in a remote capacity for another five years.
Later in Arkansas, joining a commercial heating and air service as the sole accountant, she took on human resources duties. Eight years later, she joined a CPA firm, handling multiple clients’ books. Most recently, Catherine was a controller at Rock City Harley Davidson for four years before joining 180 Accounting.
In her leisure time, Catherine enjoys crossword puzzles and is an avid reader of mysteries. She also likes to knit and sew. She loves spending time with her family, including a pet Chihuahua, Foldie.
Catherine received a degree in Computerized Accounting from Branell Business College in Atlanta, GA.
